How to remove underline font in Outlook when Word is been used as the editor?
PROBLEM
When composing an email the text shows as underline. This occurs only when Word is been used as the Editor.
SOLUTION
This happens when the MS Word default font has been changed. To resolve this problem follow these steps:
1.Close Outlook and open a blank MS Word document
2.From the MS Word menu click on Format then select Font
3.On the underline style choose “none” option (even if it already shows “none”) and click the Default button
4.Close the blank MS Word document without saving the changes
5.Now open Outlook and compose a new email
